Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING
COVID-19 Update: Orders may take longer than usual to ship.
We offer flat-rate shipping for each order within the US and Canada, with additional fees for deliveries to other countries. Items shipped to any given address may be shipped in separate parcels on separate days, but you will only be charged once per address.
STANDARD DELIVERY
$30 Standard Flat Fee Shipping applies to orders shipped in the contiguous 48 states. This rate does not apply to orders shipped internationally. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico standard shipping cost is $44.95. Delivery times are as follows:
- Contiguous 48 states: 3–6 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: up to two weeks
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
- Most packages will be shipped by USPS, UPS, DHL Express.
- Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Additional charges may be required for oversized items. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email
- Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays
- Web orders are available for in store pick-up.
SHIPPING TO THE NON-CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
- We currently ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- We also offer international shipping from our physical location.

- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged in accord with our shipping table. Most orders arrive within 5 - 7 business days, excluding holidays.
- Most International orders arrive within 10-14 business days.
- Express International shipping is available for an additional fee per order and most orders arrive within 5-7 business days.
- The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT). We declare the actual value of the merchandise for all orders.
SALES TAX
- All orders shipped to a New York State address will incur a sales tax of 8.875%.
- Taxes are based on state and county locations of your shipping address. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to your order.
